Luana Faria is an attorney at Anderson Legal Practice in the Manhattan office. She is a member of the firm’s anti-counterfeiting group, and her practice focuses on trademark and copyright enforcement. Ms. Faria has several years of experience in intellectual property enforcement, brand protection, and cybersecurity.

Before joining Anderson Legal Practice, Ms. Faria worked as an enforcement specialist at a global e-commerce company, where she was responsible for responding to takedown notices and enforcing intellectual property rights on the platform. Ms. Faria has also worked at a cybersecurity company providing brand protection and anti-fraud services to large corporations in Brazil, including retail stores, financial institutions, and media companies.

Ms. Faria earned a Law Degree from Faculdade Sinergia in Brazil and a Master of Laws degree from Loyola University Chicago. During law school, Ms. Faria spent two years as a legal intern for a State Criminal Court Judge in Brazil, assisting in all phases of criminal procedure. She also worked as a corporate legal intern for a port in Brazil, where she had the opportunity to observe trade and customs procedures.
