Marcella Slay is an attorney at Anderson Legal Practice Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois, where her practice focuses on anti-counterfeiting litigation.

Ms. Slay received her J.D. and a certificate in Transactional Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. As a law student, she acted as an associate editor for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance and worked as a student clinician for the Loyola University Chicago Business Law Clinic. Ms. Slay also worked as a research assistant.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Slay earned a B.A. in Legal Studies and Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Ms. Slay was a member of the Pre-Law Society and UIS Mock Trial Team.
